Fruition of Life–reactivated

Okay, time to jumpstart my life…..again.
Translation: Renew my life outside of the office

I’ve been on many, many first dates, I’ve tried to incorporate working out into my 12 hour work days, and I’ve cleaned out my closet and finally let go of all of the skinny clothes I’ve held onto but haven’t worn in the past 3 years.
But I’m bothered by not truly tapping into one of my favorite hobbies, oil painting. So, Memorial Day weekend, I went to the art supply store and bought all new paints and brushes and canvas. Almost 3 weeks later, I’m still walking past a blank canvas everyday. Has my work environment squeezed all of the creativity out of me? Or am I not clever enough to form an original concept/idea? I have all of the tools…do I have the talent? What do you think–what shall I paint people?

Ready/Set/Go

This blog will serve as the ‘Things To Do’ list for my life. There are so many things that I say I’m going to do, but I use work as my excuse for never accomplishing or striving for the things that I want. There will be some days where I rant and rave about a situation or something that bothers me….but no matter what I post on this blog, there will always be a goal behind it.  If I get pissed at my job, will my goal be to be more patient with people in the future? Or to continue to stick up for myself if I believe a process or method is wrong? I’ll be administering polls and asking for feedback on how to execute my goals as well.
